Can access network but not the internet

PC atau laptop boleh access network atau domain,boleh
connect ke internet tapi tak boleh nak access internet atau
surf any website.

Setiap installed software cth:- online update antivirus pun
tak boleh access to internet..
Using command prompt,PING command working.
Kalau guna Microsoft outlook exchange,email appear offline
but connection ke server OK!PING also working.

First check proxy at internet option.
-tool-internet option-go to tab 'connection' at Local Area
Network go to Lan Setting-untick proxy server-clik OK!

If same problem

suspek spyware..run antispyware to remove any malicious
infected.

mungkin Winsock windows network utk access network services
dah corrupt.

Solution- repair IP guna WinsockXPFix..
atau kalau tak de Installer winsockxpfix.exe cuba command nih.

kat command prompt type 'netsh winsock reset' (hanya utk
Windows XP SP2 sahaja)
pastu akn keluar arahan restart..selepas restart winsock
shall be fixed..
